Our aim is to despatch your goods FREE of charge the next working day, to most of England, Scotland and Wales.
We also aim to deliver within 2 working days following despatch, for a small charge of £9.95 (ex VAT) per item to the following areas: Northern Ireland (BT1-94); Scottish Islands (HS1-9, IV40-51, IV55-56, KA27-28, KW15-17, PA20, PA41-49, PA60-78, PH42-44, ZE1-3); Scottish Highlands (FK17-99, G83, IV1-28, IV33-39, IV52-54, IV63, KW1-14, PA21-33, PA34-40, PH18-26, PH30, PH31-41, PH49-50); Channel Isles (GY1-10, JE1-5); Isle of Man (IM1-99); Isle of Wight (PO30-41); Scilly Isles (TR21-25); and Republic of Ireland.
All our waste bins are made to order. We will aim for orders received before 12 noon to despatch the next working day. For orders for more than 10 waste bins received before 12 noon please allow an additional 3 working days. Despatch information is given in good faith.
We work with a third party delivery service to achieve this prompt delivery service, however the service may be subject to adverse weather conditions and road networks. We cannot therefore be held liable for any costs arising from late delivery. We assume that access is available for vehicles for all deliveries and for HGV’S for larger orders. Deliveries are door-to-door and the driver can not be expected to take them inside the property. We request that someone is available to sign for the goods upon delivery. Please ensure that your goods are inspected, prior to signature for damage. Any damages observed must be documented on the carriers note.
Customers may reject goods following receipt if they find that they are incorrect or have been damaged in transit in which case they are required to notify Wybone within 24 hours of receipt of delivery. Customers need to email firstname.lastname@example.org. When notified of such an occurrence Wybone will then arrange for the goods to be collected and a replacement or full refund issued.
